The Central Oregon Builders Association just completed its 2016 Tour of Homes.
This was the 28th year of presenting the tour which began with 17 homes in 1989.
The price range of those 17 homes on the inaugural event ranged from $60,000
to $250,000. This years event included 60 homes ranging in price from under
$200,000 to $2.4 million, with 12 homes priced at more than $1 million. The
COBA Tour of Homes is the largest scattered lot tour of homes on the West
Coast.

This annual tour provides builder members with the opportunity to showcase their
homes to the public. There are no other opportunities available to allow
thousands of viewers to walk through your homes during the course of this six
day event. The tour is open to everyone and especially helpful to anyone looking
to purchase a new home or update their current one.

In addition to being open to the public, the participating builders compete in 8
possible categories including Best Architectural Design, Best Feature, Best
Interior Finish, Best Kitchen, Best Landscaping, Best Master Suite, Best of Show
and Best Value. These awards are given to homes within their specified sales
price category. The number of categories is driven by the sales price of the
homes. This year included 14 categories covering the wide range of sales prices
from under $200,000 to $2,000,000+.

Sage Builders, LLC entered a one story home from its Desert Sky planned
